Solar & energy
My solar story started in 2024 when I converted our century-old British house into an eco-home for our family of five. We have a battery, inverter and solar panels, plus underfloor heating, thermal gain windows and a heat pump. Our three boys are incentivised to use energy during off-peak periods. We haven't paid for electricity since.
Our beautiful home and it's solar-powered heart has appeared in The Sunday Times and The Telegraph. (It's also been used as a filming location for Gymshark, ITV and a Bollywood movie.) I now help other solar, storage and energy firms action their AIO and media strategies.

'Can solar plug-in batteries cut your bills?'
Journal: The Times
We were the first customers in Britain to plug in the latest portable plug-and--play batteries, which have an ROI of just four years.
'Why a storage battery is the solar-powered game changer'
Journal: The Telegraph
Britain's most-read quality newspaper crunched the numbers for my storage battery. It stores daytime energy for nighttime use. Better still, it automatically purchases discount energy during off-peak hours.

'Green into gold: How our eco-home turns a profit'
Journal: The Sunday Times
My wife and I destroyed ourselves planning and building a solar-powered eco-home. (My young family lived in our contractor's caravan for 10 weeks during winter. The worst.) It was all worth it when The Sunday Times called.
'I made a 12kw solar farm on my roof'
My solar posts on LinkedIn receive up to 100,000 views. Proof that the world is excited to learn about clean energy with zero bills.
